In 1956, Mom & Dad decided they needed more income, so Dad (Dale Hoke) put a lawn mower in the trunk of his car and started mowing lawns. It didn’t take long for his reputation and quality of work to spread throughout the area. Because of the amount of work he had, it was necessary to buy a pick-up truck and trailer so he could carry two lawn mowers. Now his son could help him mow. Business grew progressively to where we are today. One of the things Dad always stressed was to be dependable and give quality work. To this day, we stress dependability and quality in our work.
